I have (unfortunately) had a couple of opportunities to use Ladybug. I freaking hate rodents, so I need someone competent, thorough and efficient. A company who can communicate with me, who recognizes that taking time to provide me reassurance was as important as the job itself. Ladybug ticked all those boxes. They are my favorite vendor who I hope I never have to use again 🙂
