I have (unfortunately) had a couple of opportunities to use Ladybug. I freaking hate rodents, so I need someone competent, thorough and efficient. A company who can communicate with me, who recognizes that taking time to provide me reassurance was as important as the job itself. Ladybug ticked all those boxes. They are my favorite vendor who I hope I never have to use again 🙂
I had an issue at my mothers house and I couldn't have been more impressed. The office staff was very friendly and easy to work with setting up my appointment, and the young man who came to the house was very knowledgeable and got right to the root of the problem. Awesome service all around.
